We often find clients are unable to locate their loved one’s Will – or sometimes their own because they have lost contact with the law firm that prepared the Will or perhaps the practitioner who prepared the Will retired and the whereabouts of the Will are unknown. Sometimes the Law Society of SA has some information about where a closed law firm’s Wills may have gone, but often they simply cannot be found. We hold a large variety of Wills, other than those we have written. Sometimes these Wills have come to us from practitioners or law firms that have closed.
